I just wanted to thank you for the great trouble shooting information you provide for no cost. I was having a problem with no or little water flow through my filter system. I removed the 4 cartridge filters to clean and they were not as dirty as I had expected. After reading your information I saw no pressure which is what I remember on my filter and sure enough the basket was plugged with debris. Thanks I will be back when it is time to purchase any pool related items.
